I came across mnay patrons using MS Word to create a document in the library then forgot to bring their disc to save it, and some patrons had trouble opening up the document on their disc. In the library, we can show our patrons Google docs, so that they could do and save their work online and access it anywhere.

Week 11: Online applications and tools
The following slideshows is that I shared on the online free application Slideshare, showing how useful the Web 2.0 is at work.These free online productivity software, Google Docs, Zoho, Zamzar, Slideshows, Thumbstacks, makes sharing and updating documents and presentations so easy at work and around the world, and we can edit them anytime and anywhere.
